How to Book and Pay for Your Tour: Step by Step

Booking a trip with us is simple, and every step is handled directly by our team in Cusco and Lima, not through a call center or a third-party agency. Here's exactly how the process works, whether you're joining a short trek, a multi-day tour, or a longer travel package.

1. Check availability and confirm your dates

Reach out to us with your preferred travel dates and the tour you're interested in, whether it's the Salkantay Trek, the Inca Trail, the Sacred Valley, or any other package on our site. We'll confirm availability and walk you through the details before you commit to anything.

2. Contact us directly

There's no sales department here. You'll be talking with the people who actually organize the trips, so any questions about the itinerary, group size, or logistics get answered by someone who knows the trail firsthand.

3. Reserve your spot with a 50% deposit

To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit paid by credit or debit card. This applies to every tour we offer, regardless of length or destination. The deposit is non-refundable because we use it right away to purchase entrance fees, bus tickets, and train tickets on your behalf, so your spot and logistics are locked in as soon as you book.

4. Pay the remaining balance in Cusco

The other 50% is paid once you arrive in Cusco, one to two days before your trip starts. You can pay this balance in cash or by card, whichever is easier for you.

5. Booking less than two days before departure

If you're booking on short notice, less than two days before your travel date, full payment is required upfront. This gives us enough time to secure permits, transportation, and any other arrangements needed for your trip.

6. Payment methods we accept

We accept credit and debit cards with no additional surcharge. We no longer offer Western Union, MoneyGram, or bank transfers as payment options, so please plan to use a card for your deposit and, if needed, for your balance in Cusco.

7. Confirmation and next steps

Once your deposit is processed, you'll receive confirmation of your booking along with any additional details you need before your trip, packing recommendations, meeting points, and what to expect on the trail.
