Machu Picchu Luxury Vacation

Machu Picchu Luxury Vacation

Machu Picchu  an Inca city surrounded by temples, platforms and water channels, built on top of a mountain. Its construction was built with large blocks of stone joined together, without the use of amalgam. At the moment it is considered cultural patrimony of the humanity when being recognized like important political center, religious and administrative of the Inca time. All the images of Machu Picchu that you will find in the pages can not be compared with the detailed work that the Incas had to do to get to have this marvel and in order to obtain this incredible result. Not only Machu Picchu also all the archaeological sites scattered throughout Peru show the perfection that this culture had in mind, and the vision worked hard.Machupicchu, name that has already transposed all possible parallel and is shown as one of these rare phenomena in which the good seems to combine with the cosmic in inexplicable, unique terms that could only be interpreted by some poets, Pablo Neruda "Machupicchu heights" . Machupicchu (Quechua "Old Mountain"), according to documents from the mid-sixteenth century, Machupicchu would have been one of the rest homes of Pachacutec (first Inca emperor, 1438-1470). However, some of its best constructions and the obvious ceremonial nature of the main access route to the llaqta would show that it was used as a religious sanctuary. Both uses, the palace and the sanctuary, would not have been incompatible. Some experts seem to have ruled out, on the other hand, a supposed military nature, so the popular terms "fortress" or "citadel" could have been overcome. Machu Picchu is considered at the same time a masterpiece of architecture and engineering. Its peculiar architectural and landscape features, and the veil of mystery that has woven around it much of the literature published on the site, have made it one of the most popular tourist destinations on the planet.

Machu Picchu Luxury Vacation

Machu Picchu the Old Mountain is one of the 7 new wonders of the world located in Peru, in the Department of Cusco, in the province of Urubamba. This ancient Andean town was built in the 15th century as a resting place and religious sanctuary. Machu Picchu is the ancient lost city of the incas, rediscovered in the 20th century, but for some reason, it was completely abandoned some 100 years later. Unfortunately, most of the cities built by the Incas were destroyed by the Spanish conquerors, but Machu Picchu was in a hidden place, invisible to them, that is why this place survived, this monumental place and most of its goods are well preserved. The Inca city is an archaeological jewel. Some scientists say that Machu Picchu was an astronomical observatory, also its sacred Intihuatana stone indicates exactly the two equinoxes given that twice a year, the sun is directly on the stone and does not generate shadows. Enjoy and discover the magic of Machu Picchu Luxury Vacation.
